I offer 50-minute individual psychotherapy and counseling sessions to individuals located in New York State.
Sessions are held via secure video conferencing platform, making it easy to fit therapy into your schedule.
In-person sessions are available in limited circumstances.

My individual session fee is $200 per 50 minute session.
Although I don't accept insurance, I offer a sliding scale and I can provide a superbill for those with out-of-network benefits.
I am committed to making mental health services accessible and affordable. To support this goal, I offer a limited number of reduced fee slots for clients who cannot afford the full session fee.
The reduced fee is intended for people who do not have a steady livable income or live paycheck to paycheck, struggle to build savings, or have substantial debt.
You have the right to a Good Faith Estimate under the No Surprises Act, and one will be provided to you upon scheduling

A good fit between client and therapist is the foundation of a productive therapeutic relationship. During our initial sessions, we will explore your goals and the reasons you’re seeking treatment.
If either of us feels it’s not the right fit, I can provide you with referrals to other providers who may be a better fit.

Everyone’s experience is different! We will work together to identify treatment goals and assess your progress along the way. My goal is to be here to provide you with support for as long as you need it.
Therapy typically begins with regular, weekly sessions. This consistency allows us to build momentum in working toward your goals.
After clinical gains have been made, it may be appropriate to reduce the frequency of sessions.
